Startup Foundations — Transfer and Optional Reflection
Use the method again
Try the same problem hypothesis with a second customer community. What behavior differs? Which assumptions survive, weaken, or need another conversation? Optionally note how evidence changed your understanding and one next question. Share a redacted insight if useful, not identifying interview notes.
Check this changed case
Use actual behavior from the second community. Keep differences visible rather than forcing both communities into one archetype.
If a correction changes an important fact or behavior, check it again. Reflection is optional: name the change that helped and what you will try next. Keep the useful result; no separate submission or log is required.
This is alpha material. Report unclear instructions or errors through a public issue or email help@bigleverinstitute.org. Share only redacted or fictional material.
