Digital Marketing — Reference at the Point of Need

Concepts when you need them

A value proposition states who benefits, what useful change they get and why they should believe the claim. A call to action gives a concrete next step. A comparison is informative when the question and conditions are clear. If audience, price, message and channel all change, you cannot confidently attribute the result to wording alone. Choose the metric for the decision you need to make, and keep limitations visible.

A worked distinction

Example: compare two headlines for the same audience and offer under comparable conditions. Before collecting responses, decide what the result would mean and what it cannot show. An interested click may warrant another test; it does not establish willingness to pay.

Return to the work

Use the concept to make a concrete check or decision in your current artifact. If it does not help, return to the task rather than collecting terminology. Ask your assistant to explain an unfamiliar term using your example, then check the explanation against the source or observed behavior.
