Product Thinking — Transfer and Optional Reflection

Use the method again

Introduce one new request and decide whether it enters now, waits, or replaces existing work. Explain the effect on stakeholders, scope and dependencies. Optionally note what evidence could reverse your decision and when you would review it.

Check this changed case

Check whose outcome improves, which dependency changes and what evidence could reverse the priority.

If a correction changes an important fact or behavior, check it again. Reflection is optional: name the change that helped and what you will try next. Keep the useful result; no separate submission or log is required.
